De persconferentie is er wel degelijk geweest, met de aankondiging van de rijders. Of ik zat aan de hallucinerende middelen. . Of het met snelheid iets te maken heeft, mag Joost weten .

Ik zeg ook niet dat je verkeerde info gaf, hoor. Volgens mij komt een constante De Doncker eerder van pas in een 24-uren race dan in een sprintkoerske.

Wat we teweten zijn gekomen door de commentator van exqi sport:

Volgend jaar 4 Ford GT's (2 x Marc VDS en 2 x Matech Racing).
Ook 4 Nissan's waarvan 2 voor een Brits team (GIGAWAVE?).

CRS dit jaar actief met de Ferrari's in GT2 zouden de stap naar GT1 maken en er sprake is van Aston.

Wat men ook bracht bij Charouz die ook iets zou zien zitten in het FIA GT1 gebeuren en... Aston...

Wat er waar mag van zijn zullen we wel komende maanden horen?

Er zouden 2 Nissans klaarstaan voor Gigawave en Scuderia Ecosse dacht ik... Zolang er maar 24 auto's aan de start staan!

Volgens Racingworld.be is de situatie nu ongeveer zo:

Ford GT: Matech - Marc VDS
Nissan: Swiss Racing Team - Gigawave
Lamborghini: Reiter??? - All-Ink.???
Corvette: PK - SRT - DKR (LAA wil 2 BMW's dacht ik...)
Aston: Hexis - All-ink.???
Maserati: Vitaphone - Vitaphone...

was referentie aan het ontbreken van een GT(2) programma voor LAA komend seizoen...

T.a.v. de Misano test meldt dailysportscar dat een Maserati MC12 (Vitaphone), Aston Martin DBR9 (Hexis) en Corvette C6.R (SRT) in 2010 uitvoering aan de tand werden gevoeld, dus met een gewicht van 1.200 kg, zonder traction control en verminderde aerodynamica specificaties.

Overigens schijnt Danny Watts achter het stuur van de Acura LMP2 te zijn gespot (lastig met zo'n gele helm...) en daarmee is het (publieke) geheim van Strakka Racing en haar 'strijdwapen' voor het komende LMS seizoen ook onthuld.
