Porsche Panamera in NASCAR ??

Porsche zou dus zin hebben om zich met de Panamera aan NASCAR te wagen.
TWR werd gevraagd een chassis te bouwen.
Motor zou afkomstig zijn uit de Cayenne Turbo.
Er wordt ook reeds een piloot genoemd: David Murry.

Hierbij alvast een impressie van wat zou kunnen zijn ...

Impressie zal wel op niets uitdraaien. Wie gaat nu nog een wagen met een spoiler bouwen? Vanaf 2007 beginnen ze over te gaan op de CoT.

I know maar als ik me niet vergis doet TWG enkel iets met Mitsubishi's en Holden's. Dus dan lijken me de Amerikanen van Menards meer voor de hand te liggen, zeker omdat die al banden hebben met NASCAR. Overigens denk ik dat dit een hoax is.

Bovendien, een merk als Porsche hoort toch niet in NASCAR?

Waarom hoort Porsche niet thuis in Nascar? Nascar heeft een enorme publieke belangstelling, en denk dat ook Porsche zijn verkoopscijfers daardoor wat zou kunnen omhooghalen ...

Ik denk niet dat de NASCARfans in het porschesegment vallen.

Merken zoals Porsche en Ferrari in combinatie met een silhouette buizenchassis toerwagen passen niet bij elkaar. Ik vind dat gewoon een rare combinatie.

National Association for Stock Car and Automobile Racing

trouwens toyota bouwt evenveel wagens in de VS als Ford en chevrolet.
