Helaas 1 mooi weekend minder, geen ADAC Masters GT op Circuit Zolder

Is misschien ook niet meer de bedoeling daar het circuit zich gaat richten op clubraces en alternatieve energie wagens.

Van Elk zal wel een weekend organiseren in juli als ik het zo lees. Of de SLF dan nog bestaat is een andere vraag

Niet Zolder, maar toch weer een GT3 race minder in Belgie. Britse GT verkiest volgend jaar de Nurburgring boven Spa.

In het persartikel van vandaag met definitieve kalender Dutch Super Car, staat volgende interessante opmerking over de Zolder Super League GP:

"Daarna vindt op Circuit Zolder weer de Zolder Superleague plaats, met onder andere de Superleague Formula, het Dutch GT4, de Swift Cup en waarschijnlijk ook de Clio Cup. Ditmaal vindt het evenement plaats in het weekend van 8 juli, een week eerder dan voorgaande jaren. De verwachting is dat de Superleague Formula ook volgend jaar weer present is. Mocht de Superleague Formula in 2012 toch geen doorstart maken, wat dus wel verwacht wordt, dan gaat het evenement gewoon door. Er zijn al verschillende alternatieven om het programma verder aan te vullen."

Zolder stelde van de week zijn kalender voor 2012 voor, deze bevat enkel de main events.
Daarbij kan men nu ook al toevoegen op 17-19 augustus: ADAC Festival, het weekend met STT en Historics, niet te verwarren met de ADAC Masters (GT3/Procar) die dit jaar niet komen.

Al aangekondigd waren:
15 APRIL RACE WARS
21-22 APRIL GT1 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
3-6 MEI CLEAN WEEK 2020
19-20 MEI 6 HOURS OF ZOLDER - LE MANS SERIES
7-8 JULI ZOLDER SUPERLEAGUE
25-26 AUGUSTUS VAB-AUTOHAPPENING
8-9 SEPTEMBER 24 HOURS of ZOLDER
22-23 SEPTEMBER TRUCK GRAND PRIX
20-21 OKTOBER BELGIAN MASTERS
10 NOVEMBER RACE PROMOTION NIGHT-1000 KM of ZOLDER

Op de folder van Circuit Zolder, die op salon te verkrijgen is, staat het weekend gewoon aangeduid als "Lamera weekend". De races van de Lamera Cup hebben een duur van 8 tot 18 uren, dus lang genoeg om de dag te vullen.

Als de SLF in 2012 niet meer zou bestaan dan was de bedoeling dat de organisatie met een goede vervanger zou komen
Ik beb benieuwd wat er uit de hoge hoed komt.
