Volgens mij is dat gewoon de concept uit 2003 mark
 (inclusief de op karton getekende motor ipv een echte )Ik neem aan dat de beslissing genomen is om hem effectief te produceren, maar dat er uiteraard nog geen foto's van zijn. Goed, qua uiterlijk zul je veel van deze Le Mans terugvinden neem ik aan. Aan motorisatie denk ik dan meteen aan de V10 uit de Gallardo. Zouden ze dan niet beter de wagen R10 dopen? Nuja, dat zal dan meteen verwarring zaaien met de nieuwe racer. Tenzij ze een 4.2 V8 gaan prepareren voor deze wagen. Maar waarom zouden ze dat doen als ze nog wat Gallardo-blokken op de schappen hebben liggen... We zullen wel zien zeker

Audi heeft vandaag de nieuwe R8 officieel voorgesteld. Het is bijna een exacte kopij van de Le Mans concept uit 2003. Pittig detail: de topsnelheid is opgegeven op 301 km/u. Dit is dus de eerste onbegrensde Audi!
