Pitstop.tv meldt dat er een vijfde constructeur zal deelnemen aan het WTCC. Ze vermelden BMW, Seat, Alfa en Chevrolet. En dan als vijfde Brilliance. Maar vergeten ze hier Ford niet in te vermelden.

Tarquini heeft vriendelijk bedankt voor het aanbod. Rader en Pilou maken zo goed als geen kans aangezien ze niet beschikken over een goed managementbureau dat hun kan helpen bij het versieren van een zitje dixit het artikel.

Het was eigenlijk wel een beetje te verwachten: Diefenbacher wordt vervangen door Peter Terting.

Terting wordt al een tijdje gesteund door Audi Sport en reed vorig jaar in de Duitse SEAT Supercopa (daarvoor in DTM met Abt TT-R).

Terting is dit jaar 2e geworden in de Duitse Seat cup. Kampioen werd Sebastiaan Stahl, beter bekend als Schumi 3 (of wel de stiefbroeer van M & R Schumacher).
