Enkele rare dingetjes uit de voorlopige deelnemerslijst van Belcar.com:
*Bij Eurotech staat de vermelding LM500. De wagen waarmee ze dit jaar getest hebben is een Mantis. Nu is de Eurotech Mantis een GTA en geen GTB. Mantissen in Cup-specificatie, zoals die van Moritz, vallen wel onder GTB. Met die Mantis maken ze geen kans in GTA, is die LM500 dan het nieuwe wapen van Eurotech? * Een RSR voor Markant? Ze hebben vorig jaar een RS aangekocht van Seikel. Reeds te zien tijdens de trainingen van het Racing Festival. Kun je een RS opwaarderen tot RSR? *Bij Belgium Racing staat nog een Compact op de lijst, dit moet een E36 M3 zijn.

Op de voorlopige deelnemerslijst staan er elk jaar wel zo'n dingen, net zoals er nu weer staat Oosterlinck racing met een Porsche 996 GT3-R
Het is ofwel Oosterlinck motorsport of Russell Racing met een GT3 RS

De wagen van markant is de ex-Seikel wagen waar Bagnall-Burgess-Collin mee deelnamen aan Le Mans 2004. Deze staat in de inschrijvingslijsten van de ACO ingeschreven als een Porsche 996 GT3-RS met chassinummer WPOZZZ99Z1S, een wagen die voor het eerst in Le Mans in in 2001 verscheen . Dit is dus zeker geen RSR.
Wat Eurotech betreft, het gaat hier om een technisch geëvolueerde Mantis en geen LM 500. mvg, Joost |
