Oesje, ja 1 keertje te veel gedrukt zjekers... het 2e is iets vollediger . Het is nochtans in Combes dat hij er in z'n allereerste rondje is afgegaan...dus daar heeft'm zich juist ingehouden... en spijtig van die 2 door Pit-in verknoeide laatste rondjes anders zou 2.43 à 2.42 erin gezeten hebben .

Die schuiver hebben we dan blijkbaar net gemist. Ik had ook de indruk dat hij zich wat inhield, maar desondanks was het zeker niet slecht. In vergelijking met sommige andere piloten moest hij niet onderdoen.
Het is inderdaad een heel mooie kans geweest, die hij gelukkig niet heeft laten liggen...!

't was 't allereerste rondje van de vrije training en nog met de roodwitte auto .
