Vita4One en BMW hebben hun samenwerking en deelname bevestigd.
Nog altijd maar 3 teams ingeschreven in het WK voorlopig.

Reiter heeft al laten weten dat ze niet zullen deelnemen met de Gallardo tenzij er grote sponsors over de boeg komen en AF Corse zal ook niet geen Ferrari inzetten.

Inderdaad AF Corse heeft definitief afgezegd maar ondertussen heeft All-Inkl zijn deelname met Mercedes dan weer officieel bevestigd.

Blijkbaar komt er een 'nieuw' team aan de start (of dit het World GT, dan wel de BES zal zijn, is niet gekend): Vita4One Team Italy. Twee Ferrari's 458 GT3 onder leiding van Matteo Bobbi!

Volgens mij een slimme zet, op die manier kan ie uitgroeien tot betaalde topper ipv betalende tobber in GP2.

In België mogen de heren weer 20 euro ophoesten (in voorverkoop anders 25) en de vrouwen gratis binnen. Er is ook weer een glamourvilage met Nicky Vankets (als de vennootschap van de familie daartegen nog niet failliet is).

Bon, dan hebben we al tien auto´s .
Laat daar dan nog twee merken bijkomen, dan komen we aan veertien bolides. Stemt tot nadenken...

Niels, de series die ik opsomde zijn deze die voorheen op Michelin reden, wat dus niet noodzakelijk wil zeggen dat ze nu op Pirelli gaan rijden...
Is voor sommige van de vermelde series ook absoluut het geval niet .

Wou ook alleen aanhalen dat Michelin in geen enkele topserie (GT of Formule) nog aanwezig is, meer niet.

Terug bij het onderwerp, als Porsche ook komt hebben we al 12 wagens. Het is zo goed als zeker dat het World GT doorgaat, Ratel rekent op 18 wagens en hij heeft 16 wagens nodig om een onafhakelijk kampioenschap te kunnen rijden. Zijn het er minder dan 16, dan nog gaat het kampioenschap door maar wordt het samen met het FIA GT3 kampioenschap gereden, althans in Europa. Minder dan 10 was dramatisch, maar die grens zijn we dus blijkbaar gepasseerd.

Minder dan 18 voor een WK is sowieso dramatisch.

In dit opzicht kun je ook niet spreken van ´al´ 12 wagens (die er trouwens nog niet zijn, er zijn pas 10 stuks aangekondigd!). Het is daarom niet een kwestie van het glas dat halfvol of half leeg is, maar eerder van een nat glas...
