Volgens Joost Custers waren 2 teams in gesprek met P&M over de aankoop van een Corvette.
Larbre Compétition heeft onlangs hun GT2-deelname 'bevestigd', al betwijfel ik dat het een Corvette wordt... (Aston Martin?)

Benieuwd of dat de Corvette zal zijn zoals ze hem nu uitbrengen (6.0-liter LS7.R), of de 2010 versie met de nieuwe GM 5.5 V8.

Al enig idee hoe het GT2 kampioenschap er zal uitzien volgend jaar? (voorlopige kalender, lengte van de races, pro-am?,...)

Volgens mij komen er 8 of 9 wedstrijden van 2 uur (de 24h is een uitzondering uiteraard). SRO heeft een persbabbel rondgestuurd waar alles in staat denk ik.

Wat de deelnemers betreft, denk ik vooral aan de huidige GT2-teams, + JetAlliance, Larbre...

De corvette's hebben hun debuut niet gemist, een 2de en 4de plaats.

Weer een goede uitslag voor Corvette GT2 in ALMS, P3 en P6.
Alhouwel ik blijer ben met de dubbel van BMW trouwens wel verrasend dat de 'tragere' BMW op P1 staat!

Normaal nemen ze enkel deel aan de trainingen. Over de race wordt pas beslist na de kwalificaties.

Op de site van Jaguar is voorlopig ook nog niets te vinden over het uistellen van het debuut.

Enkel een artikel over het aankondigen van het debuut

De wagen zou naar het schijnt enkele demonstratierondjes rijden voor de verzamelende pers.

Petit Le Mans komt gewoon te vroeg. De wagen heeft nog geen meter gereden. Volgens Radio Le Mans is trouwens het ook niet zeker dat ze Laguna Seca zullen halen. Reken dus maar eerder op Sebring 2010.

In vind het alleszins een prachtwagentje.

Hopelijk halen ze Laguna Seca, maar dat lijkt mij ook wel vroeg.

Ik vind de inplanting van koplampen in de bumper echt niet mooi. Aerodynamisch lijkt mij dat ook niet ideaal.
