GT3's zijn oorspronkelijk niet gebouwd voor races over 24 uur, toch gaan er maar liefst 22 van start a.s. zaterdag op de Nordschleife! GT4 valt dan weer tegen, slechts 6 stuks.
De kans is zeer groot aanwezig dat een GT3 met de overall zege aan de haal gaat gezien de kwaliteit van bepaalde teams in deze klasse.
