Horag Racing announced the retirement from Le Mans Series Racing due to the lack of funding due to the departure of Fredy Lienhard, formerly a sponsor of the team too. The Porsche RS used in 2009 might be joining the personal museum of the Swiss pilot, or be sold to Vitaphone Racing for their new Le Mans Series approach. The team's decision also led Didier Theys to retire from racing with immediate effect. The 52-year-old Belgian driver, who relocated in the USA, crowned a long IndyCar and Sportscar career with an IMSA title, two Daytona 24 wins and one win each at Sebring and Spa.
