Om de werkomstandigheden van de talrijke vrijwilligers op circuit te verbeteren, dienen alle organisatoren en promotoren o.m. qua timing een vast draaiboek te respecteren.
Op uitzondering van de 24 Uren van Francorchamps, 24 Uren van Zolder en 25 Uren Fun Cup, worden er géén races meer voorzien in de timing op de vrijdag, die het race-weekend voorafgaat.
Vastgelegde timing race-weekend: vrijdag: 9.00 tot 18.00; zaterdag: 9.00 tot 19.00 uur; zondag: 9.00 tot 18.30 uur.
Alleen voor de volgende meetings wordt hierop een uitzondering voorzien: Spa Six Hours (max. 22.00 uur); Spa Euro Race (max. 22.00 uur); 12 Uren BTCS (max. 02.00 uur, maar begin van races op zondag om 10.00 uur).
