Ludovic Badey took his first victory of the season in the Mégane Trophy on sunday morning in Oschersleben while Jeffrey Van Hooydonck (TBR) finished on a beautiful second place after a exciting battle with Badey in the last lap of the race.

No luck for Renaud Kuppens in the second race as he spun off after 10 minutes in the second race. Renaud was not injured but just hit the wall. Before the incident Renaud was attacking and made a steep climb in the standings.

The race itself was driven under very difficult conditions as it began to rain heavily five minutes before the formation lap. Most of the drivers in the field stayed on slicks and in the end that was the best solution. Championships' leader Heylen took the lead in the beginning of the race and managed to pull away in the first part of the race but then the race director gave him a drive-through penalty and he lost the race.

Heylen zelf op wets vertrokken.
Badey is nog onder unvestigation
