Nou..........niet helemaal juist  Op Indy kwalificeer je een wagen en niet de piloot. Dus of Giaffone van start gaat is nog niet helemaal zeker. Dat geldt in principe voor alle 33 deelnemers. Ze kunnen gerust iemand anders in de wagen van Kanaan zetten. Dat gebeurd zelden............maar is reglementair wel mogelijk.
